Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Impact Wrenches
Somehow, Milwaukee’s magicians engineers managed to shrink down their compact impact wrenches by an almost impossible amount.
A few years ago, a product manager told me that even shaving 1/4″ off the length of an impact driver was a great achievement.
Here, taking Milwaukee’s 3/8″ impact wrench as an example, they chopped – not shaved – the length of the tool head down from 5.9″ (2754) to 4.8″ (2854). AND they increased max torque as well.
Simply amazing.
- M18 FUEL 3/8″ Compact Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring Kit (2854)
- Replacing 2754
- M18 FUEL 1/2″ Compact Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring Kit (2855)
- Replacing 2755B
- M18 FUEL 1/2″ Compact Impact Wrench w/ Pin Detent Kit (2855P)
- Replacing 2755
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Mid-Torque Impact Wrenches
Need more power? Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel mid-torque impact wrenches also experienced significant size reductions.
The 3/8″ impact wrench here has a 6″ head length, compared to 6.7″ for its predecessor.
Nut-busting torque is the same, but the newest models feature a significant bump-up in fastening torque.
- M18 FUEL 3/8″ Mid-Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (2960)
- Replacing 2852
- M18 FUEL 1/2″ Mid-Torque Impact Wrench w/ Friction Ring (2962)
- Replacing 2861
- M18 FUEL 1/2″ Mid-Torque Impact Wrench w/ Pin Detent (2962P)

Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum
This one hand vac comes with multiple attachments, giving users the versatility to clean up a variety of jobsite dust and debris. Sorry, “I don’t have the right wand/nozzle/hose” won’t work here.
Milwaukee M12 Fuel Wet/Dry Vacuum
Finally, an M12 cordless vacuum that sucks!
Milwaukee says it’s the most powerful 12V-class vacuum, even besting many 18V and portable corded vacuums.
Wet/dry collection, high/low power settings, a HEPA filter, and compact size – what more could you ask for?
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum
Milwaukee’s first M18 cordless power tool and Packout cross-over is one that users have been asking for.
Let me share a photo with you:
An M18 Packout-compatible wet/dry cordless vacuum NEEDED to happen.

I’m excited for the pin nailer!
Michael F
Would love to add this M18 Fuel multi tool to my milwaukee collection. I’ll probably pick up the pin nailer when it comes out too!
Ryan Dugan
Most excited for the mid torque impact wrenches.
Rage
Would love to see a mower or a m18 back scratcher
Travis Fjeld
My tool that I would’ve wanted to see is a m12 pin nailer…. And that’s what came out! As someone who owns a growing m12 set and really wants to get into woodworking (once we find a house to purchase) this was a tool I was wishing existed. I love the power of the m12 products compared to the size/weight. An old job of mine had some m12 impacts back in ’10. When it effortlessly turned the head off a steel bolt that had locked up due to paint in the threads, I knew this was the brand I wanted. I did not expect that kind of power in such a small tool, especially since the Bosch tools we were using prior did not seem to have that kind of torque.
Mike
The pin market was a bit of a surprise for me. Didn’t see that one coming
Lou
Pin nailer and those Gen 3 impacts! Can’t wait to get my hands on one. Thanks Milwaukee for the chance to win.
Alan B
The M12 Vacuum surprised me the most considering Milwaukee never had one in the past like the M18 Version. I’m eager for the M18 multi-tool since it has that 4.2° oscillation angle cutting through material faster. Big thanks Milwaukee for the chance to win
William Hamilton
Me too
BobM
I really, really hope Milwaukee comes out with a tracksaw. I’ve been very tempted to switch over to Makita for that very reason, but would prefer to stay with Milwaukee.
Tom D
I’ve clearly won so nobody else need enter. 🤣
The total NUMBER of new vacuums surprised me – I was expecting the packout one only. I suppose the work they did on that enabled the others.
I need Milwaukee to come out with a lawnmower but I suspect the only way to get that to happen is to break down and buy the Makita – they’ll announce the next day.
Greg
I will not concede!
John
I’d like to see a mower from team red too.
Tim
The M12 pin nailer was probably most surprising and I’ll be adding it to my collection soon.
I’d also like to see a direct drive cordless sander and a true packout dust extractor.
fred
I’m not so surprised about the pin nailer – but if it works better than the Makita versions (their first was terrible – newer one better but not close to a pneumatic) – it will be a very welcome addition
Palpapapa
I have been considering one of those multi-tool, i need one in my life
Wanax
Gotta be that Pin Nailer. Small and lightweight M12 should easily beat anything else on the market right now.
Cole
The m18 packout Vacuume!!
Cory Graves
I’m really excited for the new m12 fuel bandsaw, the increased cutting capacity is a real game changer
Mosh
That compact impact wrench, for working in switch gear……..
Might be a life saver….
Thanks!
Jacob
Agreed. The pin nailer is quite surprising. Looking forward to a powerful cordless multi tool
Travis W
I’m liking the small vacuum and the compact impact. They look pretty nice. The compact impact looks like you can get it in some tight spots.
Rory
The M12 vacuum will be interesting, specifically the battery life. I understand it’s a small vacuum so battery life may not be super important, but I have used some other brand cordless vacs and they seem to use up even 4ah batteries quick. Might be good for things like detailing vehicles in tight spots.
Tom D
There’s a point where battery life doesn’t bother me anymore – and the vacuum seems a perfect use for the big 6ah anyway (just like the compressor).
That may change if you don’t have a decent number of extra batteries.
Dan
The large vacuum selection was definitely a surprise. I figured we’d see the packout vac, but not all the others.
If I had Milwaukee’s ear, I’d be asking for a rat-tail style M18 angle grinder with a rotating handle for cut-off work. I prefer them to the paddle switch style.
Chris S
The Milwaukee pin nailer surprised me the most, it has been discussed and asked for for a few years now. Finally something small that you don’t have to fight with an air hose.
I’m most eager for the new FUEL multi-tool. My OG brushed model has served me well but is looking to retire ( The head that is held on by 4 screws is loose and wobbles from years of hard work).
I’m going to stretch the furthest for 2021 and say I hope for packout adventure/touring motorcycle panniers.
You could even do some sort of collaboration with Honda for the color scheme.
Tom D
If Milwaukee wants to make stupid amounts of money all they have to do is bring in the EU Blackout stuff for a limited run (HD only?) and overcharge less than international shipping.
Matt
I’m most excited for the new mid-torque. The previous version was great but this new one checks all the boxes. I LOVE my big 2767 but this new mid is very compelling. Something about the form factor with the square front and LEDs…they nailed it.
Jeremy
The fuel packout vacuum surprises me.
Awesome and convenient
TJ Jenk
I like the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum.
Covered in sawdust ever day my car and entry way is coated with sawdust I drag home from the Chainsaw Carving pit.
John S
Oh, man, I’d love to win that. I have the OG M12, but I don’t love the power, longevity, or vibration. But when it’s the right tool for the job, it’s the only tool for the job.
Overall, I think I was most surprised by the Packout dolly with its extra storage. I’ve been hanging EMT benders from the handle of my roller and keeping them in check with bungees.
I’d love that Fuel wet/dry if I could justify replacing my beloved non-Fuel. Not sure how I’d stack it anyway, since I throw the crate on top of my stack to carry in stock and carry out trash.
For 2021, I’m pulling hard for an M18 Fuel cheese grater. Maybe a USB screwdriver that fits in my pick at least as well as my 11-in-1.
Tom D
The Packout dollies (floor and handle) seem to me to be a tacit admission that the original rolling box has wheel problems – I suspect that’s why they went with the buy three get the floor dolly for free promotion as a bit of a “oops sorry”.
James
The Mid-Torque Impact Wrenches were a pleasant and surprising inclusion. Good combination of power and size.
Patrick T
Those compact impact wrenches look super useful for working on a car. But, having used my current rigid oscillating tool all summer in a project, this new M18 tool looks super enticing. Less vibration sounds amazing!
James Vis
I was most excited for a better oscillating saw. The lack of a high quality oscillating tool in the m18 line with the same features as other brands has kept me out of milwaukee tools for now.
Scott K
I’d love to win this to upgrade my Dremel and have a good reason to buy more Milwaukee (don’t currently own any of their power tools).
The vacs surprised me the most. It wasn’t something I expected and the number of attachments/use options blew me away. In hindsight, it makes sense given their battery tech and history with the wet/dry vac.
I’d expect a further push into the outdoor power equipment market. Potentially go big using their MX Fuel line?
Andrew Hughes
M12 pin nailer looks very interesting to me
Adrian
I’m surprised they added the oscillating tool. I never thought we’d see one in a fuel version. I’m in need of one too since mine just burned out because it wasn’t brushless.
King duck
Most surprised by the compact M18 I thought that would be an M12 only tool. I can’t wait to buy the power supply and I really hope they come out with a track saw.
Noah
I am the most eager for the multi-tool. It’s one of those tools I carry with me all the time and seem to always have a need for in my work of restoration and repair.
Mike
Pin nailer I was super stoked for and ready to try out when its released. Love to move away from a compressor for small quick builds.
Kevin McKenzie
I’d like to see them expand their RedLithium USB line to include tools, like screwdriver.
Adam
The propex fuel expander surprised me the most. I think propex expanders are a great innovation that doesn’t get much press. However I was must excited by the lasers. I have been tiling my house a lot lately and I use lasers for that so it’s the most interesting to me right now.
kyle
I’m excited for the oscillating multi-tool. Dewalt’s leaves a lot to be desired. Milwaukee’s can live up to the hype, well that would be awesome.
Alex
I’m most looking forward to the m12 fuel bandsaw. My coworkers and I have been wishing for one for years. I’ve also been trying to get my boss to buy me a new oscillating tool, so this would be awesome!
Mike
I’d most like to get the M12 vac, and the M18 OMT. The new compact wrenches look great as well. Milwaukee never disappoints, I’m sure all of these new products would be a welcome addition to anyone’s tool collection.
Paulp
I am most excited for the pin nailer, provided that milwaukee learned their lessons from the gen 1 to gen2 nailer development. That said, the packout vacuum is sweet, even though I like the backpack vac better.
Allen
Definitely the compact vacuum. It looks awesome! And so versatile. I can imagine using it for quick pickups all the time. Way more convenient than rolling out the dust extractor.
Tator
So exited for the m18 brushless multi tool. I’ve contemplated jumping ship but I’m glad I waited. I’ve been using the brushed version and long thought, ok dreamed haha, about a brushless version that would equal my corded Fein in the vibration department. The brushed is fine haha pun intended but it could have been improved and it sounds like they have. Can’t wait to get one of these in my hands!!!!!!
Patrick Callahan
Looking forward to the 23ga nailer!
Chris
The m12 Pin nailer surprised me the most. I will be adding it to my collection this winter.
Cody Robertson
The m12 pin nailer surprised me the most. I’d like to see Milwaukee come out with a packout power station like the dewalt flex volt 1,800 watt version. Also a full size Milwaukee packout base cooler with wheels.
Benjamin_C
The M12 Pin Nailer would be a great addition to my tool collection.
Tyler C
I’m excited for the multitool and new vacuum hoping next year brings a track saw.
bigiron
Really like seeing the pin nailer there. Plenty of use for that. Milwaukee stuff is excellent.
Robert Landrigan
The M12 Pin Nailer peaked my interest most;it would be a big time saver for me.
Chris
The mid torque impacts surprised me the most , I didn’t think there was much of a market for them. The tool im most excited about is the multitool in been holding out on getting one hoping for a teal brushless to come out but I may buy this if I see a good deal on it or find myself taking on a project that i need it for of course thats if I don’t win one lol.
Jirving
100% pin nailer
Skines
Several years back I bought the brushless Bosch oscillating tool, which was awesome. Since then I switched my platform to mileaukee and unfortunately their multi tool was lacking ever since (and I burned trough a couple of them).
So I’m very exited to see it finally got it well deserved updates.
itsgalf
Which of these new tools surprised you the most?
The M12 Pin Nailer.
Which are you most eager for?
The M12 Pin Nailer. Looks great for the quick job for a homeowner. I’d be very happy to own that tool eventually.
Also your form asks for “Phone Number (for Tracking)”.
Nice try, surveillance state.
JMG
A cordless pinner that actually works consistently at maximum pin length will be more than a welcome addition, and I look forward to testing this one out.
My wishlist tool may be a bit unusual, but I would love to see a decent cordless pressure washer in the near future…
Johnathan
I was surprised by the packout two wheeled cart, I don’t favor the rolling storage but this cart solves all my problems with the rolling case and takes care of heavy material around the job.
I’m most eager for the m18 vacuum 2.0, i almost cried when I saw it in Home Depot last week 😂 The lasers were insane but I’ll wait for some reviews on them first. In 2021 I’d love a stronger vacuum option, or maybe a packout table saw that uses Unstacked cases as the table extension 🤷🏻♂️ Oh I remember what I brainstormed the most, a handheld paint sprayer, I don’t know what professional painters would say but I want it. 👍🏼
Matt O
Most surprised by the vacuums. Most looking forward to the pin nailer, especially if it works well.
Eric
I’m looking forward to the m12 pin nailer. I will definitely be getting one of those.
Michael W
I was amazed at the versatility and cutting power of the M18. I could see myself breezing through home projects with much more ease with this.
Ivelisse
I was most amazed by the Milwaukee M18 FUEL Oscillating Multi-Tool as we have some renovation and repair projects that would more benefit from this tool system.
Andrew
Most excited for the pin nailer. Been waiting for Dewalt to finally release one, but that’s not looking too promising. Looks like Milwaukee will earn my business on this one.
Shane Fast
Pin nailer. Brilliant and cabinet installers would love this
A W
Most surprising this year was the laser levels. I didn’t see that coming.
I’m probably most likely to own the OMT or compact mid torque wrench. I have the FUEL high torque wrench and it is fantastic but exceeds my needs. And I love my corded OMT but it would be much more convenient cordless.
MFC
I would say the Packout light/charger was the most unexpected. The m12 pin nailer looks intriguing if it can do as well as my hitachi.
I would like to see Milwaukee make a heavy duty cordless shop vac and tracksaw.
Thanks for the giveaway and may your subscriber base keep growing.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Tom D
Is settle for a heavy duty corded shop vac – they have the dust collector but it’s not the same.
Erik
It’s going to be mid torque and compact impact wrenches I jumped on early on the large impact wrench from milwaukee first one to have it in my diesel shop and then it’s snowballed in a few months everyone had one not because of me but what the gun could do, left that place not too long ago and what do I see ??? 😠 They tested the 1 inch heavy duty impact (saw it on the livestream for new tools my old hiring manager whas on the video and everything )they choose that shop after I left 😤😡pisses me off lol 🤣 but hey I still love Milwaukee and the largest investments in my toolbox are milwaukee tool nothing but heavy duty .
Steve
The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum looks useful, but at $199 just for the bare tool it might be a little expensive just for use now and then.
Scott F
I’m most excited for the new line of stubby impact wrenches – I have the existing 1/2″ drive which works well and have been looking to expand my collection to the smaller sizes. With the power the compact guns put out what need is there for a bigger one. I primarily use my tools on automotive work, but have several projects in mind on a new RV where I could use an OMT! Thanks for doing the giveaway ToolGuyd, and Happy Thanksgiving!
Nathan B
I would like to see a tracksaw in 2021. I’ve almost bought the makita multiple times but would rather have all Milwaukee.
Will C
Can’t wait for the Pin Nailer!
Franci Al
I have been watching your website on almost daily basis and not just for the holidays and it has helped me a lot in picking up tools. I do not currently own a Milwaukee power tool but I’d be happy to try one. To me the whole pipeline event was exciting and informing. Cheers and Happy holidays!
Matt McFarland
I keep developing more areas of my property that doesn’t have corded power yet. The oscillating tool is perfect for me.
I’m most surprised about how compact the stubby impacts are and of the new releases I’m most excited about the mid torque impacts.
At this rate, it won’t be long before Milwaukee makes my air compressor obsolete.
I recently bought the M18 hedge trimmer, it’s awesome.
A perfect addition to it would be a M18 lopper style pruner for people with limited hand strength (like my wife).
Thanks for the great promotion.
Daniel McCoon
The M18 Fuel oscillating multi-tool was the most surprising and will definitely come in handy. Will plan to pickup an impact in the near future. Glad to see a pack out vaccum as well.
Peter Antonvich
Can’t wait for the m12 pin nailer!
Would be cool if they could add a torque setting to the m12 stubby torque wrench.
res51cue
Thanks for the chance! I’m excited to see how they expand the Packout line, especially the drawers.
Jared
Pin nailer! I’d have already bought it if it was available 🙂
Christopher Wilke
The pin nailer looks awesome!
Jbongo
I can’t say it surprised me, but the pin nailer is definitely something that I find interesting. It would be nice to not have to worry about air hoses for my small projects.
Jason. W
The compact vacuum looks intriguing to me.
The pack out vacuum looks brilliant for those who use pack out.
William Bertin
I love the new M18 oscillating tool that was a cool new release. Looking forward to buying it if this doesn’t work out. But I also love that new Brad nailer and the new M12 light that I haven’t seen in many places just yet period excited about getting some of these soon!
Greg
This is the one I have been waiting for-M18 Multi-Tool. Can’t believe how many uses it has. I picked up the M12 version already and it is a great tool.I can’t wait for the pin nailer. It is so useful for holding trim during glue up and small moldings during cabinet installations.
Everett
I am most surprised by the M12 pin nailer. I am most eager for one of the 3/8 compact impact. I do a lot of automotive work and space is always at a premium. I would really like to see some upgrades to their M12 Ratchets, although they are pretty good as is!
Richard
The new OMT is what I would like the most. I use one a lot for sanding and would appreciate the anti-vibe and longer run time.
Diego
I’m most excited for the m12 wet/ dry vacuum. It will work great for when I need to empty toilet tanks for servicing or cleaning up lite debris during quick jobs. I’m already well into the m12 platform and I can’t seem to stop, haha.
I’d like to see an m12 packout box with lights and charger like the one out for the m18. If they could figure out how to make it run on 1 or 2 batteries that would be great also. And just for giggles, if it could charge 2 batteries at the same time I would not complain. I don’t ask for much.
Nick
I’m most surprised by the compact m12 vacuum. It’ll be interesting to see it’s power and battery longevity in real situations!
However I’m without a doubt most excited about the fuel oscillating tool, it’s the most used power tool for me outside an impact with my work but I would like faster cuts and less vibration while I do it. That would be my next tool get for sure.
Matt McFarland
I’m most surprised about the compact impacts. They are tiny.
I’m most interested in the mid torque impacts for car and truck repair.
A great addition for next year would be a m18 hand lopper/pruner to go with the m18 hedge trimmer I just got.
Thanks
VJ1776
I’m super excited for the M18 Oscillating tool!! Cant wait.
Bill Strobel
I would really like to add the OMT to my arsenal, as far as which tool surprised me the most I would have to say it is the new Pack Out Vacuum. What a great idea.
Chris
The mid torque impact guns surprised me the most. I guess I didn’t think there was much of a market for them. The tool im most excited about is the fuel multitool, I’ve been waiting for a brushless teal one to come out but that doesn’t seem be happening anytime soon. I’ll probably buy the m18 one if I come across a good enough deal or find myself needing it for a project.
John
I’m most eager for the new M18 Fuel OMT so the giveaway is really timely for me.
Gady
M12 Vacuum – great addition to an already massive line of products!
David B.
The Pin Nailer is going to be a must buy.
I’d love to win the oscillating tools after the blade fell out of my corded Dremel version 3 times while I was up on a ladder!
James
I didn’t see the crown pinner coming, or all the vacuum choices. A lot of choices all at once
TStep
Most interested in the fuel oscillating tool and 18v packout vac. Been holding off waiting to see how the new fuel lines up against the non-fuel and the other brands before purchasing. Really could make good use of a reliable and portable wet/dry vac.
Mike foley
I am really excited for the pin nailer myself. I bought the big nail gun and I’ve been very satisfied for a couple of years now, and always wanted something for the smaller trim jobs! Milwaukee must have a serious investor out there to revolutionize so many hand and power tools. Perhaps a story on that sometime?
Tom D
Milwaukee is owned by TTI which is pretty big – and they seem entirely willing to make relatively small-market tools (how many people are buying M18 drum machines?).
You can also notice commonalities where it’s clear they build a smaller motor or a better system and the determine which tools they can finally now make.
TTI has claimed that Milwaukee is entirely independent of their other brands like Ryobi and Rigid but I really suspect that new ideas are done there first at times (where shortcomings aren’t as noticed).
Milwaukee has released tools that did not do well in the field (you can sometimes reduce it when a tool isn’t cancelled or replaced but goes out of stock everywhere). They really do seem to want the professional market – and the “prosumers” are a side benefit. Some other brands seem to have it the other way around.
Greg S
Definitely the m12 piner.
Randy
Can’t decide between the M12 or M18 vac. Both look great! Of course, I’m really hoping for a carpentry saw akin to the Festool HKC at some point in the near future.
Plain grainy
Happy & safe Thanksgiving to everyone! Noticed another brand deal. Home Depot has the 20v sheet sander, bundled with a 3amph battery for $99.00.
Plain grainy
That’s a Dewalt 20v sheet sander!
Jason B
As a electrician the new m12 bandsaw with increased cutting capacity looks very convenient. I couldnt live without my m18 oscillating tool either cant wait to get my hands on the brushless version.
Ray
I’m most surprised by the larger form factor m12 vacuum , I didn’t think we’d see one. It looks like a nice tool.
I’d most like a m12 fuel trim router , it would be handy as the in the truck toolbox router.
Tom D
I deeply desire the M18 router and a M12 version would be a “take my money you fools” situation.
Frank
I’ve been in the market for an impact wrench for a while. I’m really excited about the new Mid Torque impact wrenches. Like the new look, smaller size and the new features.
Jeremy Roberts
I was most surprised and excited about the m12 pin nailer. As a woodworker, I hate firing up a compressor just to shoot 10 pin nails.
Michael Quinlan
Of the tools listed, I was most surprised by, and am most eager for the M18 Fuel multi-tool. The M12 (non-fuel) multi-tool was part of my first Milwaukee purchase. It’s served me well, and I’ve been wanting to upgrade to M18, but I’ve been holding out for a Fuel model.
But what really surprised and pleased me the most was the lineup of laser levels. I’ve been in the market for a green laser level to replace my aging red (laser color, now the tool color!) model and my Milwaukee 3-plane laser should be here this weekend. Thanks Milwaukee, for filling that need!
Ray D
The 12V version of the Oscillating Multi-Tool is the bomb. It’s my go to for small jobs and a backup to the Makita 18V.
Grab one with the 12V Hadkzall combo deal if you can.
Paul Dunn
There are a whole bunch of new tools they are releasing I’m excited for, but the two I was most pumped to hear about off the bat were the Fuel Multi-tool and the Pin nailer!!!
The Fuel oscillating tool is long overdue, but it is going to be a very welcome sign l addition to the tool list.
I don’t need the nailer for commercial use, but it would be perfect for all of the other home projects I’m working on.
Neil
The impact wrenches are the most surprising and desired by me. It’s amazing how they can be so powerful yet small. The progress is evolutionary, but borderline revolutionary.
goddardpool
I’ve been using Milwaukee Oscillating blades for a few weeks now and absolutely love them.
The new Packout Vaccum was another great release by Milwaukee this past year, and I’m just ready to finally get my hands on some Packout Drawers.
DAVID PERKINS
As a woodworker, The Pin Nailer is on my wish list along with the packout vac.
What I want most is a cordless Plate Joiner
schill
I think the M12 pin nailer is the new tool I’m most interested in. I’d probably be more interested in the M12 wet/dry vac if I wasn’t doing ok with the Ryobi version.
Eric Buck
The pin nailer is exciting, as it’s a great small package pinned with great features
Mr. Certainly
Both the m12 pin nailer and the M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum are compelling little tools that most folks probably won’t need (unlike an impact driver or drill), but for those who use them — they’d become invaluable.
Seth
pin nailer is the one I am waiting for. Wish they had released a track saw…hopefully 2021
MoogleMan3
The pin nailer surprised me the most, as well as being the tool I want the most!
I *really* want milwaukee to update their M18 random orbit sander to a brushless motor with more power, runtime, etc.
Also, those new bosch sanders have me thinking that someone needs to make a small cordless rotex style sander.
Sam
I would absolutely love the m18 fuel multi tool.. been waiting several years for this, an definitely was excited to hear its release.
John Fal
It would be to hard to decide, l like all of it! Love those Milwaukee compact wrenches and that Milwaukee compact vacuum is impressive. But sure I’ll take that oscillating tool kit:) Happy Thanksgiving!
JR3 Home Performance
The pin nailer is the best addition. I’m surprised on the multi-tool. I rarely have a need for a multi tool and when I do the old m12 has worked fine. Less vibration sounds nice though.
Clay
The packout vacuum. What a great idea! Vacuums are not as impressive as some other tools but every bit as essential.
ewin
The ‘even more impact wrenches!’ was the most surprising, too many to chose from!
Out of this bunch, that pack-out vacuum is my favorite.
But what I really want is an M12 pass-thru/vortex auto-ratchet!!
Adam B
Not a flashy response but I’m excited for the new compact vacuum. I have 3 sons, a dog and hard floors so I use the current version almost daily for crumbs and dirt around the kitchen. I love all my Milwaukee stuff but in terms of frequency that’s actually the tool I use most at home, so I’ll be interested in this new one. It beats spending $300-$400 on a Dyson that has battery issues after a year or two.
Eduardo
I was surprised by the Milwaukee Packout Vacuum! It’s a good idea but I feel it’s too expensive just for it to clip on?
I’m hoping that they release a copper cutter for up to 2″ copper lines. They have an M12 one for 1/2-1″ copper pipe and it’s amazing. As a Plumber I really hope they make one for bigger line as 1″-2″ is also very common for us.
HoltonF
The nailer!
Joe
Definitely looking forward to the pin nailer. I would like to see a M12 planer.
Tim
Probably the wet dry pack out vacuum. Would be really nice to have.
Todd T
Which of these new tools surprised you the most? Which are you most eager for? Or, which new Milwaukee tools are you hoping to see launch in 2021?
The m18 compact vac surprised me the most, and I am most eager for it.
Eddie Estrada
That oscillating tool looks amazing! I need one of those!
Brian Vandegrift
I love the M12 series. Just ordered the stubby impact today.
Jerrick
I’m surprised by the pin nailer—excited to try one!
wll1630
I have to say the pin nailer. Cant wait for it to come out
Alexander
First off, thank you Toolguyd and Milwaukee tools for the opportunity. secondly, all the new stuff was really exciting. I think the best has to be the mid torque. first, the 3 led lights are a huge game changer. size and added power are nice too. The best thing about it was the timing of the release. usually it takes a few years for a tool to get an upgrade. This was super quick. I think it shows Milwaukee is really how they say it is and are devoted to us tradesmen. of course the pack vacs and pin nailer and packout drawers are awesome as well! happy holidays!
Dmitry
The compact m18 vac looks awesome. Anything doing with releasing m18 mower for the yard tools lineup ?
Allan
There are lots of uses I could find for the M18 fuel multi tool….it sure would be nice to have for my every growing M18 collection.
This is more specialized I know, but since I perform a fair amount of concrete work in building construction, I’d like to see an M18 pencil vibrator for concrete mix placement similar to what Makita and DeWalt already offer. It’s a pain to have to drag a cord around anymore.
Eve
The compact vacuum caught my eye. I always want to find something my husband and i can purchase that we would both benefit from and that vac can be used for everything. Also, The packout stuff keeps him more organized so keep em coming!
Adam
You know your audience. There’s no way I’m turning down the chance to win that sweet oscillating multi-tool. The product that surprised me the most was the packout vacuum. We’re far approaching a Tower of Babel situation with the number of additions to the packout.
Rock Hound
The M12 wet/dry Vacuum. I hope it is more powerful than the old M12 hand vac that I bought several years ago. It works okay for cleaning up drywall dust while you are drilling, but that is about it.
Chad W
I’m most interested in the oscillating tool. I have an older corded tool, that I inherited, but cordless would be much more useful. The pin nailer is interesting, but Id like to see some real users vs air reviews first.
Dave C
Can’t wait for the new Pin Nailer!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Miguel RC
For me is the combination pliers 48-22-3078. I’ve been checking on them to be released every week as well as the bandsaw 2529. The pliers I like them because I enjoy using the 6 in 1 but I feel they are in incomplete because of the tip. I tried the Klein but even when they are nice to use however I just don’t like the ergonomic design. And the bandsaw I like it because I’m a fan of the hacksaw but I hated the vibration while cutting. I have the m12 bandsaw and I just want the new one lol
G$
The pin nailer is exciting. I’m hoping 2021 brings an m12 brad nailer.
Agustín
I’m excited for the new multi tool, I have the first gen and it’s works very well but I’m excited to see how the new one works I’m sure it’s going to be a beast!!
Ian M
I was most surprised by the compact impact wrenches and look forward to picking one up. I would like to see Milwaukee come out with a cordless romex stapler like dewalt did. I’m sure it’s in the works.
Kevin Sowell
It’s a hard choice!
The M12 vacuum is much larger than my Dewalt compact vac that came with the 10-Tool Kit. The scrap storage space would be nice so I don’t have to empty it after every job. (By far most eager for)(Packout compatability would just be next level. It’d be one more nail in the coffin for dewalt….)
The M18 Packout vacuum would be an instant buy for me except I don’t have any M18 tools or batteries. I have a small M12 set so the M12 vac would be my go to. Getting the Oscillating Saw would give me a battery to also use in the M18 packout vacuum.
I’m 100% in on Packout. Hands down. I plan to outfit all my guys trucks with it over time.
Maxwell
I want the pin nailer. Any tool that I can take the cord or hose away is a plus.
Sam
The compact size of the impact wrench es with even more power was surprising. Saving up for the M18 “stubby”!
John
Wet Dry vacuum
Jimmy Greene
Super excited about the pin nailer. Will be getting it the day it comes out. Would love someone to make a quieter oscillating tool.
Spiff
The M12 Fuel Wet/Dry Vacuum, I suppose I assumed the power required to make a decent cordless vacuum like that would reserve it for 18V+.
Robert
I am surprised with the new compact and mid torque impact wrenches. They have managed to shrink them in size and add a little more power. I went to Home Depot to handle the M12 Stubby but unfortunately, the handle is really thick and I have small hands so that is out. It looks like the M18 compact impact handles are more normally sized.
Paul Gibbel
I was very happy to hear about the pin nailer, It will be a big asset to my home remodeling projects.
Ilya
The shorter mid power 3/8 impact wrench. I currently own the dewalt brushless w friction ring.
Jonathon
I really like the compact and mid range impact wrenches.
Justin Huang
It’s the pin nailer – wanna try it out
PTBRULES
I was so happy the Multi-tool was updated, the tool needed to release the blade was why I was holding out on replacing my Fein.
Alex Chavez
I’m hoping 2021 see a cordless Tracksaw from Milwaukee! I’ve been wanting to get one but don’t want to jump to another battery platform!
Y. Tuck
This is a tougher choice than I would have thought. I can’t wait to add the Vacuum to my stack. The new mid tourqe impact wrench gets me excited for my shade tree mechanic endeavours. Ultimately the pin nailer is what piques my interest. Having an older pneumatic pinner I know the value they add to my carpentry. The prospect of a fully cordless pinner with the nailing tech Milwaukee has already brought to market is exciting. And that M18 multi tool is also a pretty exciting tool with it’s easy tool change and ability to accept starlock blades, I could put that to excellent use.
Avi
Definitely a fuel wet/dry vac, although not sure if I want m12 or m18.
Also that pin nailer!!
Farabee
I was surprised to see so many vacuums. Especially the M12 Wet/Dry because I thought the original worked pretty well for a 12V unit.
I’m eager for the M12 Pin Nailer because I have several small projects I could use that on right now.
My 2021 hopeful tool would be a debris vacuum/sweeper/collector that would make it easier to pick up project debris, leaves & acorns. Emphasis on the acorns at my new residence.
Erik
I’m am new to DIY stuff, but this website has been very helpful. I was most surprised by the nailer, because I’ve only seen them with air compressors before.
Currently, I have only Black and Decker tools, but am actually wanting to replace them with Milwaukee equipment. Thanks for the chance to win this!
Justin Jones
I have to say hands down the pin nailer! I can’t wait to get my hands on one. I use pin nails at work so much that now a compact cordless is a game changer for me. I was also surprised at the packout vacuum with the two speeds. Looking at picking one up to complete my cordless cutting station
Will
I was surprised by the pin nailer, gonna want that.
Greg Lawrence
Surprized about the m12 vacuum, eager for the m12 pin nailer. Like many hoping for a m18 lawn mower
Albert
I’m looking forward to trying out that Compact Vac with power brush. I’m hoping it will work as well as a Dyson except with a removable battery pack.
Dan
I’m most excited for the pin nailer; it’s definitely a draw to the M12 line.
Aleksei Burov
I am delighted with the packout system. And I love all the new products that are compatible with the packout . The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Packout Wet / Dry Vacuum is one of them.
Joatman
Absolutely the pin-nailer. I can then donate my current nailer to the Smithsonian where they can display it next to that stone wheel.
Chris Shelton
I’m most excited for the M18 fuel packout vacuum. I could use it anywhere around the job site where my customers don’t want any construction debris leaving the kitchen reno.
But I really like the M18 Compact Vacuum because the wife and I camp every spring and fall. This would really help with her mandatory tent clean zone. AAAAAND I could rationalize the purchase by saying it was “for her”!
Leo B.
I was surprised about the M12 pin nailer most, probably. I didn’t expect one quite yet, and certainly not on the 12 volt platform, although now that they’ve done it it makes much more sense than having it on an 18 volt platform (*cough cough* Ryobi and Makita *wheeze*) I’m looking forward to the M18 Compact Vacuum, even though I recently bought the M18 teapot style vacuum. It seems like this won’t be quite as small, but still very functional. Top tip for anyone reading- the bag that comes with the Milwaukee battery starter packs fits the vacuum and all the accessories, but no battery. Anyway, the compact and Packout vacuums both look great. I guess innovation does happen in a vacuum! I hope I win!
Leo B.
I’m sorry, I forgot to include what I wanted to see from Milwaukee. I’d like to see a redesigned M18 Fuel impact driver that has a redesigned collet, so it doesn’t release bits under fairly normal drilling circumstances. I’d also like to see an updated 6 port charger and, maybe weirdly, a pencil. I’m a big fan of the Hultafors and Pica style pencils, and I’d be interested to see how Milwaukee would innovate this sector. Thanks for the opportunity!
Abner
Although its not on the list above, the D handle impact wrench for semi truck repair was what impressed me the most from episode 1. I used to work in the truck maintenance industry a few years ago and we had to haul around a huge compressor along with a pretty hefty air hose and impact wrench to change out tires or do brake service. I never thought that a battery operated platform could provide the power need to do such a task. And to think that not only is it a battery platform, but what a single 18v 12ah battery can do compared to $3000 in pneumatic equipment is baffling to me. That really blew my mind. I am really excited for the packout vacuum. They already have it at my local home depot and i have been wanting to get it, but i hope there is a deal sometime this week that will save me some cash or give me something extra. And of course the oscillating tool. I work as a remodeler now, and my Milwaukee m18 oscillating tool is one of my most used tools. I have been waiting for this version since the original came out. I do hope milwaukee makes a packout rapid charger that charges multiple m18 batteries all at once.
Matthew Wojnoski
I’m excited for the shortened impact wrenches. I’ve been wanting something more compact for working on my truck and this is perfect.
Keith Allen
Tried out a buddy’s new m12 fuel multi-tool. It runs circles around the old one.
Andrew
I was also most surprised by the M12 pinner (that they went 12 volt, but it is an outstanding platform). I am most excited about the new OMTs–the 12v looks very powerful, so the M18 should be absurdly beefy. Love it. And I would like to see if Milwaukee comes out with an M18 roofing nailer to rival Dewalt.
John N
I’m excited to hear about the new pin nailer. That’s definitely a tool I can see getting a lot of use out of.
Doug
Most excited for the compact stubby impact
Marshall
Happy Turkey Day! I’m surprised to see the pin nailer. Been thinking about getting a cordless one for awhile and eager to try the multi-tool.
Mopar4wd
The pin nailer and packout vac are the most interesting.
Diy Mike
Really happy to see M18 omt in fuel. Just got the m12 fuel omt but only used once. Have a job coming up going to use it on more and can’t wait.
Love the specs and look of the mid torque.
Would like to see another m12 fuel drill without the hammer setting. I use mine allot and inadvertently when I change bits i end up turning the clutch ring into hammer mode. 🙄
Only other thing is I would like to see some lower prices! Lol
Jacob M
I was most surprised by the M12 vacuum. My M18 chews through H.O. batteries like nothing else so I wonder how battery life will be.
Ron Gee
The m12 pin nailer surprised me the most, I was not expecting a 12 volt nailer. I was skeptical, I have a feeling it is going to work great. I am most eager for the m12 fuel wet/dry vacuum. I have been in the m12 line for aboit 12 years and this has been on my wishlist for just about as long. I am hoping for Milwaukee tools to launch a hybrid m12 worklight in 2021 that can be both plugged in or used with a m12 battery. That is a tool I use frequently l, tjat I wish was m12. Thank you Milwaukee Tools, keep the good stuff coming (especially in m12.)
Lewis
The 23ga. pin nailer being M12 is the most surprising thing. I don’t like the idea of having to fragment my tool collection more. The other nailers are M18. One would assume a competent design team would understand that keeping all nailers on the same battery platform would be the best. But I guess they decided to forgo logic. Forces a user to spend more time to keep tools/batteries in line/proximity to meet their needs.
Michael Kubancsek
Both surprised by and eager to try:
The M12 vacuum, I never thought that platform had enough juice for a solid vac. However, look forward to giving it a shot. What do I want to see launch next year?! Milwaukee mower!
Adam C
I’m most surprised by the different vacuums. The handheld m18 vacuum is actually something I could see myself using if it can handle the fine drywall dust without clogging up.
AlexV
The pin nailer surprised me the most, oh man.. my wallet hurts!!
Eric Dulmes
The compact vacuum would be a sweet addition to my workshop.
PatrickA
The M12 Pin Nailer would be a great addition to my collection.
Kg
Surprised me the most?
Honestly, the number of lighting releases that improve upon, replace, or otherwise supplant their already segment leading offerings. From this list, it’s probably the m12 pack out vac. I expected m18 but didn’t expect they could bring one with enough power+quiet+volume in m12.
Most eager for?
Both m18 vacs. The packout and the beater bar respectively are game changers to me.
Hoping to see launch in 2021?
Track saw and a power bank that can handle tools
Mike
A Fuel multitool is a big improvement! I burned through my brushed M12 and have the brushed M18, but looking forward to gettin my hands on both of the new ones.
Tom H
The pin nailer surprised me. 12 volt tools have come a long way!
Chris Huggins
Those compact impact wrenches are going to be awesome for auto techs. I’m going to get one straight away
Chris
Really like the pin nailer will be picking one up soon
Kwon
Easily the M18 mid-torque impacts being repackaged smaller. These are pretty much at the point to retire the M12 impact as far as portability goes. Wasn’t expecting to have such a good reason to bump up to M18 so soon.
Rob
The wet/dry vacuum.
Lyt
I’m looking foward to the pin nailer.
Dan K
I would love for Milwaukee to release a track saw in 2021. I k own it has been highly requested but I feel like I’ve got every tool I need except for that.
Cary
Looking forward to a m18 mower. I was holding out for this year, didn’t happen. So I went and got the top of line Ego mower from HD when they were closing them out. Got to use it once and some SOB broke into the shed stole it, the battery and charger on Halloween🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬
Tim
I’ve been on the m12 system since it was introduced, and I am always impressed at how it evolves – I was really surprised to see the m12 vacuum. Looking forward to picking one up someday.
Stephen
Surprised most by the packout vacuum. Most eager for the pin nailer, because I don’t have one but could use it frequently. I like to see anything new, but especially cordless tools that no one else offers.
Timothy Butterfield
I love giveaways. Thanks toolguyd!!
James Herron
All the different vacuums surprised me the most. With the 3 or 4 they already had, I was surprised they added more. I was most excited for the pack out vacuum, been needing that since the pack out system launched.
What new tool do I want to see next ? A pack out power station/charger similar to what Dewalt has. Basically a bigger version of the top off. Something that hold 4 to 6 batteries.
Also a pack out keurig style coffee maker would be cool too.
Dave the tool
“But wait, there’s more!” Get (3) Shamwows for the price of one! (Just pay addl shipping and handling charges…lol) Love it!
Like many others, the M12 pin nailer looks awesome! Just when I think I am good with the M12 line, they bring out more tools! So glad I switched from the Dewalt 12v lineup years ago!
Ethan beyenhof
I’m excited for the pin nailer, I’m looking forward to ditching air hoses on my trim jobs.
Brett K
I was surprised by the slim, smooth profile of the M18 Oscillating tool compared to Dewalt. It just looks more comfortable to use. And with the lowest tool vibration claim, that piqued my interest. I’m also curious about the M18 Compact Impact Wrenches. It makes me want to switch from Dewalt to Milwaukee.
Chris Wilson
The M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum for sure. Such a good formfactor for keeping on a shelf/cabinet even if you don’t have the Packout stack
Mikeee
I have never had or used an oscillating tool.
Now I’m really excited, and eagerly looking forward to win this giveaway for Milwaukee M18 FUEL oscillating multi-tool kit
Thank you
boarderjcj
Surprised the compact impacts have little to no significant torque advantage over the m12 stubbies.
Also curious to see if the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum will also be made available in M12 format like the wet/dry vac is available on both battery platforms!
Howard McLean
The new Milwaukee tool just released that surprised me the most was the M18 Packout wet/dry Vacuum. So nice to attach it to the packout stack and move to from point A to point B. Very well thought out tool by Milwaukee plus I kinda love the red color.
John Blair
The product that I think is most exciting to me is the Packout Vac. Since I’ve standardized on Packout storage, its the one I would like to get the most. I will, however buy the Pin nailer, because its so cute.
A-A-Ron
The new 18v compact Fuel impact wrenches are just amazing. An even more incredible accomplishment than the 12v versions IMHO. Can’t wait to try out that 3/8 model!
Dan Euashachai
The pin nailer
Would help making flats.
No more cords!
Tahir Mujcin
I was totally shocked at how many vacuums there are, but the Milwaukee circ saws don’t have any dust collection ports.( that I know of)
I would love for Milwaukee to come out with a circ saw with a dust collection port that hooks up to one out fifty vacuums they have.
Barry Albert
Looking forward to the M18 Packout vacuum and the M12 Pin Nailer!
Mark C
Excited and most interested in the M12 pin nailer. Curious about the M12 vacuum.
Josh Anderson
I’m going to have to agree with a number of other commenters. I think the M12 pin nailer was my favorite release.
Also, I know it’s been said before, but I really enjoy all that you do here on ToolGuyd and during the holiday season find myself checking back several times a day for new content. I always check with your page before making any major tool purchase and a lot of my decision heavily factor in your thorough and I feel fairly unbiased opinions.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
MMY
I was excited about the M12 pin nailer. I’m looking forward to the day when I can just pop a battery in and go instead of getting a hose out and firing up the compressor.
Seth Goodson
The 23 ga pin nailer surprised me. It is a super useful gun and this size is forgotten by a lot of manufacturers. Love that it’s with the smaller M12 tool line for weight. Great job. Cant wait to see it up close.
Jacob Hutchings
Pin Nailer and M12 vacuum
Nate
Pin nailer and Fuel multi tool are definitely the most intriguing to me
Nick K
I’ve never had an oscillating multi-tool and have read great things about the new M18 Fuel so I’m most looking forward to that model. With that said, all the other new offerings look great.
Dylan McDonald
Excited for that pin nailer!
Blythe
I’m really excited for the new multi tool, something I use every day. Compact impact wrenches look nice. Still looking for a track saw and drywall cutout tool
Leo B.
Do you mean a Rotozip style cutout tool? If so, Milwaukee makes one. Hope this helps!
Javier M.
The one I am most interested in is the m12 fuel bandsaw.. it is one of the critical tools I use but the previous m12 non fuel was too limiting.. so i’ ve been using a dewalt 20v bandsaw.. but I much prefer taking only my m12 tools on the jobsite since they are lighter and powerful enough for me AND I already have most of the core tools in the m12 platform… So it definitively caught my attention.
Koko The Talking Ape
I’m going to get that pin nailer the second it hits the stores.
I’m most surprised with the M12 vacuum. I’d be curious to see the power and runtime figures. I’m sure it will compare well to other 12 volt or even 18 volt vacuums. I just wonder if it will be powerful enough or run long enough to be useful.
Conor
That pin nailer looks like an awesome alternative to the air powered ones. Small tool, not tethered.
glennhvacman
I feel the M18 new multi compact vacuum was a real surprise, especially knowing the Packout Vacuum had to be coming out. Just surprised they provided another vacuum option.
Micah
Really looking forward to the drawer packout!
TWoz
I was most surprised by the M18 portable vacuum system. I am/was excited about the pin nailer. Dragging around air hose from nailing trim is a hassle.
Andrew
I’m currently debating on purchasing💸 🛒the 3pc Packout set from Home Depot. I’ve been seeing a ton of great modifications made for them from cup holders to battery slots. I just need a couple more tools to put into them ☺️. Anyway, I’m curious to see how far Milwaukee will take this Packout line and excited for their new lineup⚒️🛠️⛏️🔨🔧!! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🦃🎉🎊
Chris
I’ll be preordering the pin nailer when I can. It looks so nice.
Mike Cheung
Gotta be the pin nailer! We just got the M18 brad nailer and it’s spectacular. Very happy to be cord/hose free.
Evan
I am most eager for the oscillating multi tool! I am just starting out and only have m18 series tools (drill and driver) so it’ll be a while until I can break into the m12 tools as well. I’ve been learning about what you can do with an oscillating multi tool and would be interested in finding ways to put it to use in my small and growing shop!
Scott
I’m excited about both the stubby impact and the pin nailer
Andrew Hill
I think it’s time I finally get a multi tool. Never owned one before but this new fuel version looks pretty exciting!
Bill
The packout vacuum
Phenom
Definitely the m12 wet dry vac!
Justin Brooks
Definitely think the pin nailer is the new tool that’ll end up in my workshop.
Snick514
I’m excited for the Fuel version of the M18 oscillator. I’ve already had to get a replacement of the brushed version. Disappointed over that. Less then a year old. Super fast turn around from Milwaukee though.
Travis
I’ve been really into all the packout stuff lately, be it either the vacuum or the new packout with drawers.
Joe
The pin nailer most definitely. Would see the most use, already got impacts and vacuums and whatnot. Will be interesting to see how it performs with 12v.
Dougem
I am most pleased about the M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum
Shaun R
Would love to see an M18 track saw next year
Sampson Leong
I am most looking forward to the M18 Compact Impact Wrenches. They look like they can fit in some very tight spaces and have very good power. M12 are nice but you know you are gonna have some good power with the M18s.
Jaime Barbosa
Hoping to see a small electric screwdriver “tweeker” from Milwaukee. Would be cool if they could come up with a hardy usb rechargeable one with a light. Just wishing.
James O
I think like everyone has said, the pin nailer is definitely what I’m most looking forward to!
I would really like to see this as an 18ga nailer as well though!
Either way, I’ll get whatever is available lol
Larry
I’m most surprised about the mid torque impact wrenches. The amount of size they’ve shrunk down is impressive. As far as upcoming products, I’d like to see if they can do the same with the high torque impacts
Adam S
Pin nailer! If it lives up to promises the compressor might finally be retired.
Wade Decker
So many vacuums. I would love to see a lawn mower!
Evan
I am most excited for the pin nailer!
While I love Milwaukee’s heated gear I would love to see something along the line as cooling gear. Maybe an AC jacket?
Laurence
Really looking forward to the pin nailer!
Too much to ask that I get a pin and a brad nailer with the same battery though? If I’m not mistaken Milwaukee only makes a 18v brad nailer.
928'er
Judging by the number of comments already posted, it looks like this is a long shot…
I don’t know that it surprised me, but the new compact impact drivers look pretty sweet.
clayton keeney
For god’s sake just put out a mower already!!! spring 2021 lets mow!!!
Rick Wagner
I’m anxious to see the compact vacuum. I’ve been looking for an excuse to get into the M18 and that vac might be the excuse I’ve been looking for. It would be a lot easier than digging out my little Shop Vac and having to deal with a cord. I can also see some projects where standing on a ladder with a small cordless vac would be easier and safer than dealing with a corded unit no matter how small it is. Also I wouldn’t mind seeing a slightly larger version of the 3 inch compact cutting tool.
Melvin
The M12 pin nailer looks interesting.
John
I’m interested to see what they’ve managed to do with the new impact wrenches.
Gabriel DeLapp
The fuel m18 multi tool. I thought Milwaukee would never revamp the extremely dated multi tool. I finally bought a DeWalt multi tool after they updated theirs as I was tired of my corded one. I expect this is better than the new DeWalt as Milwaukee had time to see what they did…
Ryan
I really want to see a M18 powered RC truck that puts ryobi’s version to shame.
Jonathan
I am hoping to see Milwaukee expand on their M18 woodworking line in 2021. Maybe a rolling miter saw base, tabletop jointers, planers, and bandsaws etc. etc.
JoWo
I’m pretty excited about the 23ga Pinner. I would be curious to do a comparison between it and the Metabo hpt….
BradWH
Definitely, the cordless Pin nailer interests me the most… I am currently looking for a brushless/cordless angle grinder and was debating the makita v milwaukee. Getting an oscillating multitool or even looking toward the future products might swing me on the side of red.
BradWH
I ended up with the makita grinder, but I think I am going to be looking at the milwaukee m12 ratchet! I have a small set of m12, so looking to expand and the ratchets are sick. Having a few more tools to pair would be fantastic. I currently have the cheapest oscillating multitool from HF and I def need to replace that!
Shannon
The Pin Nailer was the surprise to me and i’ve been looking forward to the fuel version of a multitool for a long while.
Ralph
I’d like to them to add an M12 stapler for electrical cable.
Tom M
The M12 pin nailer was the highlight of the virtual series for me. I have been slowly converting almost all of my other nailers from pneumatic to cordless, and the M12 form factor will be a huge upgrade over the other existing options on the market, all of which are extremely bulky for a 23 gauge pin nailer.
Craig Stephenson
I’m most excited about the m12 pin nailer. I still only have pneumatic and this is one I’d love to try out. As far as most needed it’s actually the multi tool since I have lost or misplaced mine but that’s not as exciting to me.
Hans
I’m mostly waiting for a new m12 circular saw. To be honest I’ve been waiting on it for over a year now.
I want one but I’m so afraid that I buy one and two or three months later a newer version is announced, which is better or makes the old version much cheaper. This happens to me all too often with both tools and smartphones..
Byron White
I’m most excited to get the Packout Vacuum. My stack has been missing this for a while and can’t wait to add it to it. But the Fuel Multi-Tool will go well in my collection as well. It’s time to be all FUEL!!!!

Hi…..I am most interested in the milwuakee M18 Fuel Mid-Torque Impact Wrench . I really like the milwuakee impacts and use them all the time. I am probably most surprised by the milwuakee compact vacuum.
Daniel G
I am excited for the pin nailer, very cool!
zweidner
The addition of M18 Fuel vacuum to the packout line interests me the most. The overall price of switching over to a packout operation is signifigant, but the new innovations make the price easier to justify.
I am looking forward to Milwaukee creating a M12 or 18 right angle fuel drill. Something smaller than the hole hawg drills but larger than the installation driver.
An updated, brushless version of (2615-20) would be perfect.
Dave
You had me at “M12 Pin Nailer”. My 23-gauge nailer is the only pneumatic I have left and I don’t use it as often as I should because of it.
Cameron
I’ll have to second the previous comments on the pin nailer. I’ll have to let go my pneumatic tools.
Bill
I was shocked at the M12 vac. I love the m12 line, but I am concerned about battery life for this item. I guess its like the m18, bigger amp hour makes all the difference.
It seems like milwaukee knows how to keep my attention. I am always looking at the eye candy.
Ross
Excited for the multi-tool. Probably the most useful for the everyday DIYer.
Pack put shop vac would be cool if I had a packet setup.
dandLyons
I am excited to see the compact impact wrenches. I service my own vehicle and have been in the market for just this sort of tool
Ali arvanaghi
I am excited for the pin nailer. I have a ryobi right now that isn’t keeping up and I want to upgrade
Tim
I am most interested in the M18 wet dry vac. Wet dry vacs are great to have around, but to get sufficient power, you have to plug them in. I also like this works with the packouts, so it isn’t so odd to lug around.
Tucker
Pin nailer is definitely on the future but list. Oscillating tool would be awesome to eliminate another cord in my life.
Jason Kennemer
I was most surprised with the Packout Wet/Dry vac and I am excited to try it out. I recently moved in to a 105 year-old home and the Multitool will be a very welcome addition, helping with various jobs around the job – like repairing my master bedroom doorway.
Ben Siefert
The pin nailer is was the most surprising, I would love to see some one make a battery powered K cup coffee machine.
Thom
I like the LED light setup on the new Mid Torque!
Thom
I hope they make a boot for it.
John
Thanks Stuart and Milwaukee for sponsoring this giveaway.
The vacuums surprised me the most, especially M12. I’m always interested to see what they do to expand the packout line and don’t doubt that 2021 will bring more.
J. Yuen
I am looking forward to the new M18 oscillating tool that was a cool new release. the M18 packout vacuum surprised me the most. can’t wait for all the new packout tools on the way!
AbbyB
I am looking forward to the packout boxes with drawers!
Siez
The M18 multi-tool is on my hit list. Hoping it’s much better than my Ridgid ones, which I have a love/hate relationship with.
Meredith C
I would love an oscillating multi-tool as a jack-of-all-trades kind of person. I’d also love to see a half-width Packout cart or wheeled toolbox so it takes up less space in my tiny apartment. I just started in the Milwaukee cordless tool system and I’m excited to take them for a spin.
Jason Y
I was shocked at the M18 vac. I love the m12 line, but I am concerned about battery life for this item. I guess its like the m18, bigger amp hour makes all the difference.
It seems like milwaukee knows how to keep my attention. I am always looking at the eye candy.
Jason Y
The M12 pin nailer was the highlight of the virtual series for me. I have been slowly converting almost all of my other nailers from pneumatic to cordless, and the M12 form factor will be a huge upgrade over the other existing options on the market, all of which are extremely bulky for a 23 gauge pin nailer.
Will
The oscillating multi tool is really the most exciting to me. As an apartment dwelling DIYer, things have to be versatile to make it into my toolbox.
David Traver Adolphus
I don’t think I was surprised by anything. The compact impact is great, though.
MI Dad
The M18 FUEL Packout Vac! This is the only thing I asked my wife for and the rest of Christmas can be a surprise. Must have for work and can use it out in the shed at home too and a million other places. Finally!
James S
I am excited for the new gen or vacuums and oscillating multi tools. I am also pretty in love with the lighting and pack-out expansions. I have been big team red lately. I have also loved their sawzalls, drills, and grinders. I have some Milwaukee tools that live in their read metal lunch boxes from who knows how many years ago. The fact that I am doing things without cords that I never thought would be possible.
Ken
I’m quite surprised at how small some if the impact Wrenches are getting.
Josh Druker
Very excited for the multi tool
Frank D
The 12v Pin Nailer is a big surprise. Did not see that coming.
I am hoping it can pave the way for more 12v nailer products, and other products.
I personally do not like the bulk and heft of the 18v nailers for smaller and delicate jobs. I have several 18, love the cordless and no compressor needed convenience, but they’re not ideal due to bulk & weight.
Jesse
After the other pipeline events I forgot about the M12 pin nailer, but I’m definitely excited for it. I have the M12 stapler and love it, so I’ll definitely be picking up the pin nailer.
Ron
The smaller impact wrench is very impressive. This is something that gets used a lot. With a smaller size, it will fit even better.
Justin
I’m pumped about the M18 OMT and the M12 vacuum. Both are on my list. Only tool I’d be looking for is some additional variations of the Max Bite Wrenches
Kevin Schoenfeld
Definitely the pin nailer. Could be a tipping point for woodworkers invested in a different cordless ecosystem.
Nikolay
The new oscillating multi tool is cool.
John Hageman
Definitely like the look of that compact vacuum. Also excited for the parking drawers coming next year.
BoogieTown87
I want the M18 Compact Vacuum when it comes out because one of the most overlooked things in my business (Masonry) is just being clean while you work and I love the idea of being able to tuck a compact vacuum away into my work truck.
CNCMatt
I love the idea of the more powerful mid torque impact wrenches! So many times trying to jam a big gun into a tight German CNC machines at work having to use universal joints and adapter is much harder then it needs to be. The mid torque guns would fit and have enough power to get the job done. In automotive work it seems like there’s never any space so anytime you can get the power of a large impact in a smaller size is a win. Lets hope Dewalt can keep up being 300fltbs vs 600 in the mid category.
Rob
Cordless pin nailer all the way. Been waiting for one of those for years!
Brian B
I think the packout vac was most surprising to me, but it’s a great idea. And I’m pretty excited about that M18 oscillating multi-tool! Sure would be nice to win one! Can’t wait to see the packout drawers in action when they’re finally available too. And I wouldn’t mind seeing the rotary tool get the fuel treatment in 2021!
Paul
That Pin nailer and wet vac are perfect for my collection of M12 tools and ever expanding stack of batteries. I’d upgrade to M18 if they made a drywall sander!
Mitchell S
The one that’s surprised me the most & subsequently what I’m looking forward to the most are the new impact wrenches! The mid-torque is what got me hooked with Milwaukee and the size improvements + extra torque on the new ones is crazy.
I absolutely love my mid-torque impact, it’s been a gamechanger and my #1 recommendation for automotive tools. I haven’t ran into any bolts it can’t bust but there are some tight spaces on my car where it is a hair too long to fit, which is going to bring the gen 2 impact into my toolbox shortly.
OldDominionDIYer
The new mid torque impact is my top need at the moment but the pin nailer was a bit of a surprise. I really really want a brand new bright red cordless lawn mower! That OMT will vcome in handy for sure!
Jake Spfx
I’m excited for the OMT. I would like to see a welding helmet/ welders packout box.
Francis Mahlie
The handheld standup vacuum was the most surprising to me. I don’t really see a need for it in most areas except home use. I always use a good shop vacuum with a floor attachment to clean things up on people’s homes. I am most excited for an even better oscillating tool and the packout vacuum. I use my screaming demon milwaukee vacuum all the time. To have Fuel power and packout compatibility is most exciting.
Robert Ziemba
I was surprised about the small chainsaw, I thought their OPE lineup was pretty strong.
I am particularly jazzed about their super low profile impact wrenches, I work in the HVAC trade, and space near/inside units is minimal, especially for indoor air handlers mounted above ceiling. A short depth impact with shallow sockets will let you get a lot of places a normal impact wrench or driver would be too large for.
CyberRanger
I’m surprised at the number of different vacs. They must’ve seen the demise of ShopVac coming. I figured they’d do a Packout, but the mini? Wow!
I’m older & a former mechanic & Army Ranger. Milwaukee is saving me from arthritis constantly. Every time I find something difficult to do, Milwaukee comes out with a tool to make it easy again. I love their lighting.
The Oscillating tool would be a huge asset to finish a bunch of window frames & laying down laminate flooring.
I look forward to what they haven’t announced. There is always something seriously interesting & worthwhile.
Bayden
Looking at the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Oscillating Multi-Tool
Tyler Grove
I am most excited about the m12 oscillating tool!
RusstyB
The compact vacuum surprised me the most.
Although, I’m really excited about both the stubby impacts and the multi-tool.
Aaron I
I’d love to see a multi battery power source.
Doug Standish
I am most excited for that pin nailer! Looks awesome!
Terry M
I looking forward to trying the pin nailer the most. If the works well it’s going to be an awesome tool. Also looking forward to trying the OMT after I win it. Lol
Thomas Jensen
Can’t wait for the pack out vacuum. Love that you can leave it in the stack and use it from the side mounted controls and hose.
AndrewS
Definitely looking forward to the M18 Fuel oscillating multi-tool! It’s cool to see the compact M18 impacts as well.
Dominic Lee
I am interested in the new M18 packout vacuum.
ShawnM
I’d like to see a multi-voltage capability for higher load tools using multiple batteries. Also looking forward to adding a FUEL OMT to my shop.
Jett weissinger
The 1/2 impact wrench high impact with one key, Mine impact got stolen but with one key I could have had evidence instead of just my empty fuel bags
Mopar
3 different vacs at once is kind of surprising to me.
Peter Helfrich
That pin nailer looks like it would be super useful. Much easier than dragging out the compressor and having to deal with an air line each time I need to use it.
Kris
The most surprising announcement to me was the M12 Wet/Dry Vacuum. Not even ten years ago cordless vacuums were a pipe dream and now there is a 12V Brushless Cordless Wet/Dry vacuum on the market; what a world… The M12 Wet/Dry Vac will be a staple in the auto detailing, electrical, and finishing worlds.
The most anticipated tool for me is the M12 Vacuum. It will certainly come in handy around the house and for cleaning out the cars.
Hopefully Milwaukee comes out with an M18 Lawnmower to supplement their OPE line. But it may not fit what Milwaukee has in mind for their OPE lineup. So, the runner up new Milwaukee tool for me would be stackable Packout trays (like a certain Black and Yellow competitor has for their mobile tool storage).
Joe M.
The M18 Fuel multi-tool interests me the most. As others have commented, I think the PACKOUT drawer units are a welcome addition. I would love to see an M18 Top-Off power supply with a pure sine wave output for the 120V AC outlet.
Donald Scott
I have a huge Ryobi collection. So much so that I’d run out of things to buy… thanks TTI! Really didn’t plan on getting into the Milwaukee platform, then noticed the M12 tools. So a new collection started and expanded into the M18 platform as well. Again thanks TTI! You’re double dipping into my retirement funds! Well Played.
JD
Cordless Pin Nailer Here. The previous battery-powered ones I’ve used were 18V and way to unwieldy for the task. The M12 platform might just work.
L3
The Pin nailer most surprised me, I didn’t realize I needed one until i saw that.
Most wanted would be the M18 Fuel OMT, would like to compare it to the M12 Fuel OMT that I just picked up. I don’t use it often but when you need it you need it!
David
The pin nailer is actually the most interesting for me and surprised me the most – I like my Ryobi nailer, but the smaller and more easily handled these get, the more they end up in my hand and in use.
Thanks for doing the giveaway!
TonyT
Of the tools listed, I’m most impressed by the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum – it looks versatile and useful (I already have the Ryobi 3gal wet/dry vac, but nothing close to Fuel Compact vac).
It does look like Milwaukee paid attention to lots of little details on the Fuel oscillating multi-tool, so I’d put it second.
Karlen
I am most excited about the m12 wet dry vac! I have been using dewalt for a long time but my new job requires me to be on the move and pack lots of tools in a small space and keep it light, a tall order. Milwaukee has such an expansive line of m12 stuff I would love to stock their tools for work!
Ryan Comini
I’m most excited about the 23 ga pin nailer and the packout vacuum!
Jesse M
The pin nailer surprised me the most. It is a super useful tool in a wood shop and I see how it will be well loved! The tool I’m most excited about is the multi-vac. It looks like I can get some milwaukee tools inside the house when my wife’s vacuum breaks! That’ll be great!
Brandon Chen
Im excited about the new wet vac. I can keep it in the trunk for when I build or go fishing and need to clean up the mud! Second would be the compact driver. Sounds much more versatile and easy to use in tight spaces.
James Ouzts
Ive been using a cordless craftsman OMT for years and is worked fine for me but I’d love to see what a fully powered newer one like this Milwaukee would do. I’m sure there is no comparison.
And that pin nailer is super intriguing. Could be the kind of tool that really changes the way you work.
Doug N
Really happy to see the new multi tools, and the pin nailer. Milwaukee is missing the opportunity to offer the first cordless 6” RO sander and 1/2” collet full size router. Would be welcomed by woodworkers and carpenters everywhere.
Thanks for the giveaway, Stuart!
Angela Carlson
I can’t wait to get my hands on the new M18 ½ anvil mid torque!!! Also the M18? or M12? ⅜ stubby impact. ❤ I also hope to invest in the packout set up too! First I’m getting tools though lol.
Pat McCloud
I am most excited for the Fuel oscillating multi-tool
Jim Hayes
The Packout Vacuum surprised me the most as the Packout system is a game changer. It took the American tool companies way to long to figure out we need a way to carry multiple tools on and off a job site. I build cabinets and am mostly a Festool and Mafell user and all of their tools come with cases that click together allowing me to carry multiple tools at the same time. I have some Milwaukee tools and just jumped into the M18 system after looking at the Dewalt stuff.
Every job site I go to I carry a vacuum and the Festool ones are too nice for destruction work.
Bill K
I like all the new tools, but the one that surprised me most was the M12 vacuum. Wondering what the usage time is going to be…. will be great if it’s pretty decent.
Ed
Surprised wouldn’t be the exact term I would use for the Milwaukee Pipeline series of virtual tool launching events, but I am extremely interested in the M12 Pin Nailer and M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum.
What would truly surprise (and delight) me is if TTI/Milwaukee would release an officially sanctioned battery adapter that would enable me to use M18 Fuel batteries on Ryobi 18 volt tools. I’m aware you can find such adapters offered by third party vendors on Amazon, but I would never purchase something from a vendor I don’t know/trust, especially if operational failures would void the Milwaukee battery warranty. I’m sure my pipe dream hasn’t happened already due to cross-brand cannibalization concerns, but speaking for myself I would happily keep buying Milwaukee’s construction grade tools & batteries for work, AND buy even MORE of the esoteric Ryobi offerings for both work and home. All the money still goes to TTI and I would have zero incentive to look at a non-TTI branded tool ever again. Win-win.
Liam Ross
I was pleasantly surprised by the number of vacuums coming out. I’d seen the new pack out vac but missed the compact and 12v until now somehow. I think I’m looking forward to the 12v vac the most, the which did surprise me a bit, but I’m realizing that having a lighter, smaller vac for all those messes I make in relatively difficult to access areas would be very helpful.
mjh215
I’d say the M18 compact vacuum is most surprising.
M3Rocket
Compact Vacuum is the most surprising. M12 Pin Nailer is probably what I most look forward to.
Tom
Love the pin nailer. Definitely on the list of things to get. The Pack Out Vac was well overdue.
This is probably cost prohibitive, but it’d be interesting to have Pack Out inserts (?) that could accommodate specific tools. For example: a router plate that would snap into the toolbox that would allow you to use it like a router table. Maybe one that lets you attach a jug saw to use like a scroll saw. Maybe a multi function plate that allows both or more.
Just spitballin’ here……
Thanks for the opportunity
Tom
“Jig” saw, not “jug” saw……sorry
Kevin
The packout vacuum is pretty cool!
Anthony
I like the Mid-Torque Impact most!
Maksim Ustinov
My tool that I would’ve wanted to see is a pin nailer!
Etni
I really like the new pin nailer. Now i have a reason to get into m12 and ditch my ryobi airstirke. And the omt would come in handy as a nice upgrade to my current one
Mike Perry
I like that packout vacuum very much!
Will P
Milwaukee delivers once again. The Pipeline reveal was a fun watch, looking forward to pairing the M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum with my rolling packout. Hope to see a Fuel cordless sander in the near term.
Matt
I’d say that the M12 Fuel vacuum surprised me the most. I’m the most eager for the M18 Fuel mid torque gen 2 1/2″ friction ring impact wrench. I’d like to see an M18 high torque gen 3 impact wrench in 2021.
Cade Davis
I want that M12 Pin nailer!
Parke W
The new compact impact wrenches are impressive and look really cool also!
John Kellogg
Bought some Packout tool boxes and a Tote, then bought the 2997-22 combo kit. I had a deck rehab to do and worked both of these hard, very hard. The circuit breaker even kicked in on the drill twice. In the end, I came away extremely impressed!
Ryan
I can’t wait for the packout drawers! I’d say the pin nailer surprised me the most, wasn’t expecting that so soon but can’t wait to get it. And I’d really love to see an m18 mower!
Daniel L.
Definitely looking forward to getting the packout vacuum eventually…once my new work truck comes in I’m gonna outfit it top to bottom with packout cases.
Even though it’s a niche tool…I’d love to see a 2-4 cfm FUEL vacuum pump. Gas ballast, 2 stage rotary vane w/ a check valve on the inlet. Rated down to 15 microns or so.
Carl
I’d like to see a m18 powered 1800 watt inverter. For 2021
Christian F
That m12 pin nailer was a real surprise to me, but I must say I am also impressed with the new impacts! The new mid-torque impacts seem to have a great amount of power, yet are very maneuverable. I’m looking forward to seeing some more organization options in 2021!
Thanks and happy holidays everyone!
Tony
Very eager to check out the long awaited portable battery power station! As far as the multi tools – the M18 Fuel version would be a nice addition for me as I help my brother finish his basement.
Jv4779
I would love to see a lighter packout toolbox option in 2021. The current options seem to need the roller to make it work good and that isn’t very off road portable.
JB
The M12 pin nailer is a dream come true. No need to power up the compressor just to make a few quick tacks.
Jackson Guo
The m12 pin nailer. I’ma huge fan of Milwaukee’s m12 line and slowly staring into the m18 line. EXCITED!!
Shady Banks
I would love to have a Fuel oscillating multi-tool.
I wish Milwaukee would offer a M18 Oscillating polisher. The rotary polisher is great but 90% of the public can’t use a rotary properly. I wish my M18 batteries would work in a Flex polisher and that would also be great.
David N.
The Compact Vacuum really surprised me….Now if I just hadn’t bought a shop vacuum recently…
DML
This oscillating multitool looks awesome, especially with the excellent accessory kit. I can imagine all kinds of situations it would be useful for.
Scott M
Hepa filter on the M12 vacuum! They’d sell a ton of M12 vacuums even without this important safety detail. That surprises me the most, the care for design.
Mike Ceranski
i recently switched to Milwaukee tools and I need to upgrade my pin nailer. I would love to have that one in my arsenal
Jason
The fact that the already small impacts got even smaller is what surprised me the most.
Josh L
Want to see more tools kitted with the new High Output batteries. XC 5.0 seems to be standard but is dying technology.
Nasir Iqbal
I’m excited for the M18 Fuel Oscillating Multi-Tool. I love that it is brushless and has a built-in LED which would be great when working in tight areas.
Nathan Triplett
The new mid torque impacts are very impressive, shorter with more torque? Yes please!
Landon Wahl
Just got the brad nailer and it’s great. Looking forward to the pin nailer.
TomC
The pinner is the surprise, but the new compact vac is what interestss me. It looks like I could use it around the house. I am curious how well it works. I have a M12 vac and it is not very good. The filters are also hard to find and expensive.
Jorhay
The pin nailer!
HandyDan
That little pin nailer looks interesting. I’d love a chance to see how well that works.
Eric Tousignant
I’m blown away by those compact impacts! Unbelievably small design
Mac
My neighbor has the older vacuum and omt. Love the vacuum and would love to see a pack out version.
Rich
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum is the item that is most surprising. Lots of interesting possibilities
ryanzheng
waiting Milwaukee M12 Pin Nailer.
Josh
The Oscillating Tool with the lever to swap tools out was a great idea! When does the m12 version come out!
Matthew Johnson
The M18 Fuel Packout Wet/Dry Vacuum is an eye opener. I would like to see how it compares with a corded vacuum for dust collection.
Gregory Sutton
the pin nailer looks like a perfect form factor, very useful.
Brent
The oscillating tool cut speed looks crazy! Definitely looking forward to getting my hands on one.
Chris
Pin nailer, would like to see expanded outdoor equip such as mower.
Michael Yang
I am most excited for the M18 Mid Torque Gen 2. It is amazing that they found a way to improve on the previous generation, making it smaller yet even more powerful.
No surprises from Milwaukee, they just keep innovating to the needs of industry.
Hopefully and M18 OMT is coming my way.
Duncan Wood
I’d like to get a packout charger.
Mac
From this list I’m honestly most excited for the omt, and would enjoy trying the new one. My original m12 model gets the job done, but is does not have a ton of life left. Not sure how much life it started with. I was also really excited for the battery powered framing nailer, although I haven’t invested in that yet either. The packout mounted vacuum will probably replace my current one when it does. Is that too many answers?
Kevin
I could get into cleaning with that compact vacuum
Josh
Really would love to see a mower so I can ditch the gas. I have been patiently waiting for a track saw to no avail. Looking forward to the pin nailer and fuel omts. Excited to try them out.
Randy S
I was moat surprised that they were releasing a fuel vac in standard and packout versions. I figured that it would have been one or the other.
That being said, as a residential service plumber, the new vacs and OMTs look very appealing, especially if they are quieter than the brushed versions.
Clarence Hitchings
Looking forward to the new M18 Multitool. Looking for more power and longer run time with this fuel version.
Alex
I’m most surprised by the compact impact wrenches. 250 ft/lbs is impressive for such a small size. I currently am a yellow and black man and have their midrange impact for automotive use and while it’s a very powerful tool indeed, it’s abilities quickly become a moot point when it doesn’t fit anywhere inside the engine bay!
Even though the power is less than that of what I’m used to, I’m eager to find out how much better(or worse) having less power available everywhere rather than massive power available some places would be. I’ve been needing a real break through experience!
For 2021 I say keep improving the impacts. If power could be increased sans size gain, my yellow flooded box may start to turn red!
Wil
The pin nailer. It looks like it would be extremely useful for furniture assembly with the compact size.
Daniel N
As a recent convert to red, I’m most surprised by all these new vacuums and most eager to get the 18V packout vac.
Logan D.
M12 Pin Nailer is a game changer. I love my Fuel 18ga nailer and the ability to do quick jobs without pulling out the compressor and dragging hose… but I found myself substituting using 18ga brads when a pin would have been better. Now that problem is solved too! I would love to see a new M18 orbital sander with improved dust collection and Fuel powered.
Cody Alexander
I am most excited about the pin nailer. Recently bought the compact, mid and high torque impacts and I am very happy with all three. The right angle impact and m18 router will be my next purchase
Deek619
The M12 vacuum. That seals the deal on the M12 line for me.
Bill
The packout vac surprised me the most. If only because I’d just bought the regular version just a little while ago. Glad to see Milwaukee is always looking for that next refinement.
Scot
I am looking forward to getting the pin nailer. It could save me a lot of headaches. I am tired of listening to an air compressor.
MikeyG
Milwaukee M18 Fuel Mid-Torque Impact Wrenches are surprised mostly but would love to get hand on Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum and Oscillating. I just hope that vacuum can suck well but I know it better than regular cordless vacuum I have now because their batteries are not great! Prefer to have Power tool battery like Milwaukee and other.
Daniel Julian
most excited about the packout vac and most surprised by the m12 vac. always impressed what tools Milwaukee can put out that perform well on only one 12 or 18v battery! I’m always wanting to see more woodworking tools. a belt sander would be nice.
Greg
Been eyeing that Pin Naler since it was introduced
Josh Ross
I am most excited for the M18 packout vac….. or the pack out light box…… or the new rocket light w AC……. or the M12 pin nailer. Forget it the answer is Yes to all of it.
mike
all of My recent M12 purchases are pointing me towards that pin nailer (may even pay full price… ) and that vacuum might be nice too
a giant shop vac is great when you need that, but a small vac would be wonderful addition.
Aaron Harmon
I’d really like to see milwaukees treaetment on some high-end tile saws.
William Hamilton
I am super excited for the pin nailer, would look good in my shop!
Tim Medlin
Love the impacts for working on cars
Mark C Matthews
I am most excited about the impact wrenches! I could use one of these bad boys!
Gary
I’d love the M18 OMT. I recently invested in M18 tools.
Jonny
Packout vacuum for me! Love the packout stuff.
Gary Greene
I was most excited for the mid-torque impact wrenches. Just what I need for my home shop!
Marko
I would get the most use out of the pin nailer.
Spencer Wurm
I am really looking forward to the new brushless m18 trimmer to use for my part time lawn care business.
Thank for the chance!
Bigmikez
Most excited about the mid torque impact wrenches haven’t tried one but I’m sure they will exceed my expectations!
Adrian
The M18 fuel version of the oscillating multi-tool was the biggest surprise for me. As for what I’m hoping will launch in 2021 is an M12 Fuel rotary tool. I have a different brand’s corded tool, and the cord always seems to be in the way. I’m on the Milwaukee battery platform so I want one of theirs, but I’m holding out for a fuel version.
Tim
More pack out tools!? I’ll be adding that vacuum.
bjacob
The suprising part was how much smaller the new impacts are. How can they fit that much torque in such a tiny package.
Ujuin
I also excited about the pin nailer!
I always waiting for this unit for mobility. I can’t bring my compressor all the time.
Big Richard
Please donate in my name.
AndrewQ
That pin nailer looks really handy, it’s surprisingly compact. I would also be interested in rigging up a dust collector stack with the M18 packout vac.
Casey
Excited for the pin nailer, hoping for an m12 trim router.
AlexV
I’m the most excited for the pin nailer.
Marker B
The Pin Nailer and Vacuum would look nice in my garage. Looking forward to seeing how powerful the vacuum is.
Jeremiah Ducate
The pin nailer is probably most exciting. As others, I’m amazed at the torque they fit into small impact wrenches.
I’ve been considering a cordless shop vac and would most likely go with one of the new fuel ones. I’ve got the original m12 oscillating tool I use most often, also an old rockwell corded one. The new fuel models with their quick blade change would be nice. Until recently I didn’t use them often enough to justify trading up but might be changing. If I got the m18 fuel I’d probably use that all the time, maybe save my m12 to kill with drywall dust.
Mike McFalls
The Fuel 18v Compact Vacuum surprised me most. The design is unlike any other I’ve seen and curious what the benefits of are.
Nick Zepnick
The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Compact Impact Wrenches surprised me the most. Those things are unbelievably compact. Can’t wait to try one for myself.
Justin fisher
Need this new oscillating tool!
EPaine
Im most excited for the M12 Pin nailer. That thing looks awesome!
Trog
I’m most excited and surprised by the M18 vacuum redesign. The existing one has been around for a while with runtime that doesn’t quote finish the job for me. I’ve been waiting for an upgrade with better performance and this fits the bill. Looking forward to getting it out in the wild.
Lu
The oscillating tool caught my eye. I don’t currently have on and the design looks well thought out. Plus you can’t beat a cordless version!
Christopher D Torres
I’ve been waiting on a FUEL OMT since 2013. I’m surprised it took this long, but based on comparison reviews feels like they knocked this one out of the park!
Ben
I’m most interested in Milwaukee coming out with a track saw to compete with Makita. The track saw is the #1 tool keeping me in the Makita system.
Adam
Well dang me, didn’t even see this give away.
I’m hoping for a M12 Fuel clip-on fan, then a big brother m18 that oscillates and is at least 18″
Tommy
I’m pretty excited to see how to pin nailer works out. I would have commented earlier, but I thought the comments were supposed to go on the insta… whoops.
Chris Van Buren
The new oscillating tool is what I am most excited for. The ability to cut so many misc. materials effectively will be fantastic!
Andrew Symes
Fuel Wet Dry vac surprised me, Most wanted is the m12 Pin nailer, and am also looking for new packout stuff.
John
Really want to get my hands on the Pin nailer.
Would like to see a reasonably priced, accurate track saw.
Matt
pin nailers looks like a slam dunk
BJ Vanderboom
I wanna see a 18v FUEL track saw!!!
Matthew Schulz
I was most surprised about the stick vacuum. it looks to be an interesting combination that would be useful in many situations.
Steven
I’m most excited for the M12 Pin Nailer, I already have the M12 stapler, M18 Brad and M18 Crown Stapler so the M12 Pin Nailer will round out my main woodworking line up. However I was surprised by the stick vacuum, and have just received my M18 Fuel Packout Vacuum which I’ve liked thus far compared to the original M18 toolbox style vacuum, the hose being more readily accessible and the build feels more solid. Milwaukee is killing it with all the new packout stuff, the whole line is quickly becoming a useful setup for someone with a small garage setup that favors mobility.
Chris
The pin nailer is the probably the most exciting to me, followed by those compact impacts. Both will hopefully find their way into my garage some day.
Nathan
I was most surprised to see the Milwaukee M18 Fuel Oscillating Multi-Tool. Because I had just bought into the predecessor M18, non-fuel version. I’m most excited about the pin nailer and pack out vacuum.
Brandon B.
There seems to be a consensus: I’m also most excited/surprised about the pin nailer. M12 makes perfect sense for a tool like this, especially when you look at how incredibly bulky most 18v nailers looks next to their pneumatic counterparts. They really did a good job keeping the size of this under control.
Albert
The Milwaukee M18 Fuel Oscillating Multi-Tool surprised me a lot, it’s super exciting to see what they’ve done with this tool and how much it has evolved since their predecessors
Christopher Grovo
I’m having high hopes for the pin nailer for sure…..and most importantly, the packout vac!
SamanPPerera
The pin nailer is sweet!
Ben
I am jumping on the pin nailer band wagon – I am excited for that. But I bet my wallet won’t be. Also interested in the new, smaller impact wrenches. It is remarkable how small they are getting
Minh Vuong
Wow I like the compact wrench
Jeff H
I will be interested in the cordless pin nailer. Looks like it will be very useful in the shop.
Matt
Pin nailer. Always looking forward to more m12.
JohnL
I’m excited to check out both the M12 Vaccum & M18 Packout Vaccum!
Sam
Did not expect the pin nailer but it looks pretty cool if it has the power. The new impacts are what I would be most excited for/interested in. I would love a new brushless 12v compact jigsaw, especially if it has the barrel style body.
Don M.
The new M18 Fuel Compact Vacuum surprised me the most.
Most eager for the fuel OMT… I’ve been putting off buying one because I knew they had to be close.
Hoping for an “all in one” high volume low pressure/low volume high pressure inflator in 2021 for car camping.
Jeff
All of these new tools look fantastic…Milwaukee did a great job.
Chris
If the technology exists for the MX rock breaker, how about an M12 “air” hammer for automotive applications? This is what I would like to see.
NorCal
Excited about the new mid torque and the pin nailer.
Sam S.
A tracksaw would really be nice. Also, when will milwaukee make more tools specific to HVACR?
Matt Corkern
All of the vacuums announced was surprising!
Really would love to see some woodworking tools, biscuit jointer would be amazing.
Anthony Labriola
I was hopping for new m18 surge impact.
Jay K
Would like to see Milwaukee come out with a walk-behind lawnmower — one with all-wheel drive that can power through even tall wet grass and weeds.
Would also like to see Milwaukee’s 90 degree die grinder shrink to the approximate size of a Dotco pneumatic 90 degree die grinder.
I really like the new Milwaukee compact impact wrenches, and think that a nice feature for the future would be to allow for the battery assembly to detach from the handle but remain connected by a power cable.
Rage
How do I not reply and add comment?
Rage
Wanna see a mower and maybe a m18 back scratcher
Melissa
2nd on m18 back scratcher
Melissa
I’d buy a fuel coffee maker if they made one.
Matt
Have to say the Pinner is my top pick of the new tools. I just hope they got it all right on the first go around and won’t need any updates like their previous battery nailers.
Pat
The tool I would most want is the M18 fuel multi oscillating tool. This would make quick work of trimming doorways when installing flooring.
Kevin
Oscillating tool
Rob Y.
The new M18 compact Impact Wrenches surprised me the most. Smaller form factor and more power is always a plus. Kinda gives me incentive to replace my large compressor and impact for battery power. I am certainly most eager to get the new Fuel M18 Oscillating tool. I’ve wanted to get one and figured they’d be bringing a Fuel version out any day now so I held off on getting the current one.
Marty
I think the M12 Pin Nailer and the M18 Vacuum packouts are super useful and clever. It would be cool if they made more M12 updates. I think they’ve kind of let their M12 line get a little outdated. They’re all useful but just could do some updating. Definitely picking up the Pin nailer and vacuum though!
Chris
Excited for the M18 stubby, didnt want to get into m12 but wanted the stubby.
Also about time for a fuel oscillating tool.
Chris G
Since I just got the backpack vac and won’t need any of the new releases, I have my eye on the multi tool, very much looking forward to tool free blade changes.
kumar
Would love to get the pin nailer, looks nice and compact. I held off on buying a cordless pin nailer for a while hoping Milwaukee would come out with one, That’s what i am missing in the shop.
Also like the new M18 FUEL Oscillating Multi-Tool, looks compact.
RayRay
>>>Which new Milwaukee tools are you hoping to see launch in 2021?
Updated (Ver 2) M18 Fuel Blower w/attachments.
John
The continued improvements in the m18 impacts I find most impressive. I’m happy with my older gen but the mid-torque models are generating some tool lust :-).
Looking forward to picking up the oscillating tool. I purchased a cheap one for a single project thinking I wouldn’t use it. Wow was I wrong. I can’t believe how much I’ve used it for various projects. Now I can justify a nice one.
Brian S Kuhlman
The pin nailer. There don’t seem to be many hose less options in this size
Scott
Definitely eager to check out the new oscillating tool… as a remodeling contractor this tool comes in handy quite often.
John
I’m most interested in the cordless vacs.
Patrick
Getting more into my M12 collection, the M12 vac is looking very interesting to me.
Alex
The packout vacuum looks really interesting. Might be a reason to get into the packout system.
John Dumas
Man… sure would be nice to have this. Hard to have this kind of quality when you live on Disability.
Good luck to me… hehe…
Brock Nevitt
Digging the pin nailer!
I’d like to see some more improvements on the nailers. I’m sure we will start to see them get smaller and lighter and I can’t wait for that
